Hi there! My name is Nada, which is Arabic for “dew on the morning roses.”
I’m a professionally trained chef who grew up in Lebanon. I have been teaching cooking classes for over 15 years and although I am professionally trained; worked too many private events, many kitchens, I always like to teach my Lebanese cooking classes with authenticity - the way mom taught me how to.
I grew up watching my mother prepare meals for her family with patience and love. She taught me the fundamentals of fresh ingredients, traditional flavour combinations, the infusion of love in all things and how to execute a recipe with passion and love.
I teach time-honoured culinary techniques for the modern kitchen. The featured dish, infused memories, the laughter, it’s all guaranteed to be an authentic experience. Join me and let's create new memories together.
