Boil string beans along with our fresh cheese-filled tortellini, which doesn’t take long to achieve just the right toothy chewiness. The sauce comes together with fragrant sautéed garlic, sun-dried tomato pesto and a little cream to smooth it all over, plus butter for a soft finish.
