This session will equip your team with an effective strategy for communicating with clarity, compassion, and empathy during difficult conversations.

  • listen effectively to respond better.

  • improve their ability to articulate what they want and need without causing resistance from those around them.

The participants will take part in a brief activity designed to practice communication strategies that address the shared needs of all parties involved in a conversation.
