WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Whole Roasted Turkey
Ingredients:
· 8 – 10lb turkey
· 1lb salted butter
· 1 whole lemon
· 1 bunch fresh thyme
· 1 bunch fresh rosemary
· Salt and pepper
Honey and Thyme Roasted Acorn Squash
Ingredients:
· Whole acorn squash
· 3 tbsp honey
· 1 bunch fresh thyme
· 4 garlic cloves
· Ground cinnamon
· Olive oil
· Salt and pepper
Pan Seared Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients:
· 1lb brussels sprouts
· 1 bunch of parsley
· 3 whole lemons
· 5 garlic cloves
· Olive oil
· Salt and pepper
Bacon Sourdough Stuffing
Ingredients:
· Sourdough loaf (enough to make 4-cups cubed)
· 1 Standard pack of bacon
· 4 celery stalks
· 2 Spanish onion x 2
· 3 – 4 large carrots
· 1 bunch of sage
· 5 garlic cloves
· 1 bunch fresh thyme
· 1 Liter Chicken stock
· Olive oil
· Salt and pepper
Homemade Cranberry Sauce
Ingredients:
· 200g brown sugar
· 3-4 whole oranges
· 1 cinnamon stick
· 350g cranberries (fresh or frozen)
