I used to STRUGGLE with being alert, focused and feeling good physically before training.
I was also in the habit of checking my phone in bed, and then scrambling to get ready…
Sound familiar? In this event, I'll tell you the incredible story of how I broke the Canadian Record to make my first Olympics, and how curating my mornings contributed to that success.
11 years later, my minimum effective dose, science-backed morning routine primes my body, mind, and emotional state for the best possible start.
It's designed to ensure "all systems are a go" before launching into the day.
Each action has noticeable effects and takes 1-3 minutes to complete.
Together we'll go through:
1. Hydration before Caffeination - Drinking a Morning Marguerita (salt, water, & lime)
2. 1 Minute Meditation - Recalibrate Your State
3. Claiming Your Blank Slate - choosing your first thoughts, before your phone does
4. 90 seconds of Movement - boost mental clarity & metabolism
5. 1 minute Cold Shower - learn the tricks to handle discomfort with ease, and boost cognitive function.
At the end of the event, I give out a “cheat sheet” with the how-to’s, science, and additional resources.
This experience is tailored for team-building!
Upon request, it can be shortened to a 50 minute webinar style event.

I've competed at 3 Olympics, won 11 National Championships, and hold the Canadian Record at 64.83m (212.7ft). I'm training with my sights set on a BIG performance at the Paris 2024 Games.
Off the track, I spend the majority of my time expanding on my B.Sc. Kinesiology by exploring and testing lenses, strategies, and habits that support performance and prevent burnout.
