Matthew Amarone

"Matthew is a professional soccer player of the Canadian Premier League. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Health Science from York University, as well as an Applied Specialization in Mindfulness Meditation from the University of Toronto.

As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a star player for team Canada, Matthew’s career has taken him all over the world. Today, his motivations include sharing his knowledge on new platforms and to new audiences. Ultimately, his passions lye in unlocking the true scope of individual potential!"


More About Experience

A professional soccer player of the Canadian Premier League, Matthew Arnone gives unique insights into the motivations of a pro athlete and draws parallels with success metrics across all career paths.

Participants will learn stillness and movement practices as therapy to find balance, create space for growth, and explore the edges of their potential. They will also be guided about ways to gain familiarity with self, and foster empathy and compassion within teams.

This experience is interactive, and participants can expect to have fun while learning useful tips to remain resilient.

Matthew will also teach participants how to gain insights on training the mind and setting the tone for healthy and effective emotional regulation.  Mindfulness recovery techniques for work-life balance will also be a fundamental aspect of this experience.

Employees will be better equipped to interact more compassionately with each other, which helps boosts teamwork within the workplace.
