More About This Virtual Event

This is a 90-minute Masterclass in making regular and non-alcoholic cocktails from the comforts of home. Your group will receive a Prep List of items to bring to class. When you log on, you and your group will have an interactive experience filled with humor, tidbits of knowledge, and step-by-step instructions and demonstrations of making three different cocktails. The group participates and interacts with the entire class.

Jon or Dr. Sunshine, of Sunshine Consulting, has trained bartenders for 15 years and worked in restaurants throughout Minneapolis and St. Paul Minnesota for over 25 years. Many of his trainees now run award-winning cocktail programs as well as win local and international cocktail competitions. His excitement and enthusiasm for cocktails, history, and science are outwardly apparent in every one of his classes.
