Katherine Tozduman is the Founder/ CEO of The Crafty Kit, A Latina owned Business, specializing in DIY Craft Kits and team building craft workshops based out of Northern NJ.

Katherine started her career in the fashion industry working as a buyer for Fortune 500 Companies. Seven years ago Katherine took a break from her career to care for her late father. During this time she observed how the effects of crafting would improve mental agility and aid in regulating emotion. Upon her father's passing, she turned to crafts as a form of art therapy and pursued a certificate in horticultural therapy and started hosting workshops across the state of NJ.

Fast forward to 2020 Katherine pivoted her workshops into a virtual model focusing exclusively on mental health and wellness in the form of art for individuals and companies around the world.

The Crafty Kit has taught over 8k employees across companies like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Girls Scouts and Capital One With The Focus That “Together We Grow”.
