Starting with history and spirituality, Nipun shares the powerful motivations behind mental readiness, and allows you to consider yours. 


Easily adoptable breathing exercises allow participants to gain perspective on their days, and lives in general. If that doesn’t do it, Nipun’s soothing tone of voice certainly will!
