More About This Virtual Event

Winny guides yoga, as well as high intensity interval training and seated meditation.


Bikram yoga: A set sequence of postures and breathing exercises. Traditionally done in a hot room (40*c). Great for beginners.


Vinyasa: A flow between yoga poses accompanied by regulated breathing. Can range from beginner - advanced.


Yin: A slow paced practiced, geared to open the body and increase mobility and flexibility. Postures are held between 30 seconds - 4 minutes. Not cardiovascular. Props like blocks, bolsters, or blankets are often used to support the individual in the postures.


High Intensity Interval training: A regime that alternates intense physical exercise with brief periods of recovery to the point of fatigue. *Low impact option offered.


Meditation: A 10, 15, or 20 minute verbally guided meditation or visualization.


Winny will create experiences catered to specific concepts or can offer a custom general relaxation meditation.

Winny Clarke has been teaching yoga for over ten years. In 2012, she was certified in Original Hot Yoga in a 500 hour teacher training program in Los Angeles. Since then she's taken both Yin and Hot Hiit Pilates training at BeHot Yoga Toronto. Winny is passionate about the integration of mind, body, and spirit, and believes the practice of yoga offers the opportunity to bring all three into working order, or harmony.
