WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Marianne’s Mimosas

Ingredients:

· 1 bottle of prosecco or sparkling wine

· Fresh orange juice

· Fresh Cranberry Juice

· 1 whole orange

Homemade Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients:

· 250g all-purpose flour

· 30g sugar

· ½ tbsp baking powder

· ½ tsp baking soda

· 2 whole eggs

· ½ cup buttermilk

· 4 tbsp melted butter (60g)

· 500 ml heavy cream

· Ground cinnamon (garnish)

· Berries (garnish)

· Maple Syrup (garnish)

· Peameal Bacon (optional)
