Jessica shares the biggest challenges faced as a female BIPOC founder, how women can position themselves for success through networking, and her experience championing equity, accessibility, and inclusion as a trailblazer. She has advised numerous organizations on how they can attract, support, and retain intersectional female leaders.


Jessica is best known for her work as the founder & CEO of Global Professionals Practicum (GPP), a tech start-up recognized by President Barack Obama at the Global Entrepreneurship Summit.


She is a passionate humanitarian and serves as a board member for several notable organizations, including the UN International Youth Council and UN Women. Jessica has been recognized as one of Canada's Top 100 Most Powerful Women, Top 30U30, and Woman of Inspiration.

She is a former UN Youth Ambassador and continues to serve as an advisor to global governments on policy regarding entrepreneurship, diversity, and technology including the offices of the Canadian Prime Minister and the White House.
