A Solutions-Focused Training for High-Performance Teams
In this training, we will focus on developing your team members' solution-focused mindset and skills that will alter how they approach problems and overcome obstacles.
The solution-focused approach gives your team tools to steer a discussion and conversation closer to the desired outcome and how it looks for them rather than fixate on a problem they are attempting to avoid.
During the event, your team will learn the following:
The solution-focused principles that guide human behavior
The importance of language and words in moving them closer or further away from the desired outcome and the ability to identify them in a conversation.
Implement practical solution-focused questions to reframe conversations and team discussions.
Learning Outcomes:
Changing the way your team members ask questions. They will be able to identify narratives and types of questions that lead to solution-focused, positive future, workable inspired action, existing strength, and resources from the kind of questions that focus on problems.
They will be able to form the solution-focused questions in their own way within a dialog/conversation with other team members.
When facing challenges, your team is more capable of looking for positive exceptions—taking their eyes off the problem. Focus on little yet significant progress, understand how the exception happens and how to repeat it.
