Roll up your sleeves and get ready to blend!

Guided by an expert Tea Sommelier, you’ll have the opportunity to create your custom tea blend, enlighten your senses and knowledge of teas & tisanes and explore over a dozen herbs, fruits and spices to craft a brew that suits your taste, health and flavor preferences.

We will begin with the art, history and culture of tea blending as well as tips and tricks for creating perfect brew. Guests will enjoy a cup of tea as they learn about the different uses of popular herbs and spices.

You’ll receive a kit sent to your home filled with 10 assorted loose leaf teas, herbs & spices, tea tasting wheel, 20 pack of biodegradable "fill your own" tea bags, 6 kraft food grade bags for storing your tea blends, 1 hour tea blending workshop with Katie, CAN/USA wide shipping.

Either you are a tea novice or an experienced enthusiast, this is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in a world of tea and exercise your creativity in a fun and educational setting.

Hi! My name is Katie and I'm a Certified Tea Sommelier and owner of The Monarch Tea Co. in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada!

Over the past nine years, I've traveled to Ontario sharing with others the art, history, and culture of tea! As a certified Tea Sommelier through the Tea Board of Canada, I've taught everything about tea, with an emphasis on tea & food pairings. Tea & cheese, tea & chocolate, and even tea cocktails are some of my favorite subjects to share with others. Our virtual interactive workshops have been taught worldwide and have helped guests discover more about the world's most popular beverage (second only to water!). I'm excited to lead you through an interactive tea tasting with a focus on how to expand your palate!
