WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Homemade Cranberry Sauce
Ingredients:
· 200g brown sugar
· 3-4 whole oranges
· 1 cinnamon stick
· 350g cranberries (fresh or frozen)
Bacon Sourdough Stuffing
Ingredients:
· Sourdough loaf (enough to make 4-cups cubed)
· 1 Standard pack of bacon
· 4 celery stalks
· 2 Spanish onion x 2
· 3 – 4 large carrots
· 1 bunch of sage
· 5 garlic cloves
· 1 bunch fresh thyme
· 1 Liter Chicken stock
· Olive oil
· Salt and pepper

· Chef knife
· Baking dish
· Frying pan
· 2 – 3 Mixing bowls (large)
