You see, there are different causes for different mental health issues, and unless you address all of them, you will have a hard time solving those issues permanently. Those causes include your body's chemistry, and the way the brain behaves.


How are your mental health issues affecting you right now? Are you having a hard time being as social as you would like? Is it preventing you from going out? Are you not getting as much done in your day as you know you can? Are your energy levels bottomed out?
