We’ll spend the first 30 minutes enjoying high energy dance moves, and detox for the final 15 minutes with some staple Yoga-inspired moves that you’ll never forget!

What is Zumba?
Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training, alternating fast and slow rhythms, to help improve cardiovascular fitness.

Zumba is a high energy form of aerobic exercise which can increase your physical activity and daily calorie burn.
