More About This Virtual Event
During the session, your team will learn, and put into practice, relaxation techniques that can help reduce stress and avoid burnout.
We all need some time to relax, but when work gets busy, it's hard to make time and space for ourselves. That's why we created this class—to help your team learn and practice simple self-care techniques that they can use to relax and recharge on a daily basis.
This session is perfect if you want to:
Support your team through intense work periods so they don’t get burned out.
Show that you care for their well-being.
Treat your team with group self-care time.
Improve their productivity and overall satisfaction with their work. To accelerate, we must first slow down.
Equip them with relaxation techniques they can use daily to recharge.
What your team will learn and practice:
A body mapping technique that facilitates the release of muscle tension that may have built up over time.
Simple and quick massage techniques that you can do for yourself to calm your nervous system.
10 to 15 minutes of group "power napping" to get some much-needed rest.
We'll end with a quick and powerful body tapping technique to increase your energy levels before getting back to work.
The participants will leave the session feeling rested and recharged, ready to give their best at work and happy for the time, permission, and support to slow down and take care of themselves.
What Participants will need for the session:
A comfortable space/mat for lying down.
Essential massage oil (optional)
